Our Client is seeking a department manager to take responsibility for ensuring and improving sales as well as providing excellent customer service and being a role model for employees.
This will involve:
Lead by example, providing a hands on approach to get the best out of employees
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Develop and manage a team, recruiting when necessary and making sure the team matches busy and quiet periods to ensure best profitability
Motivate all team members and monitor performance
Ensure appraisal policies for employees go ahead and are carried out correctly
Organising all resource's effectively
Identify opportunities to maximise sales
Analyse performance data and act accordingly based on the data
Ensure targets are met by monitoring KPI's
For this position you must have experience and training, motivating and coaching a team to success.
The working hours for this position are full time hours in shift patterns but will be fully flexible.
This position comes with a generous salary of £28,000 per annum + Employee benefits.
