Part-time Web Admin Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a part-time web admin assistant to join our clients team who are a local event management company who require someone to look after the content on their website.
This part-time web admin assistant role is varied and could consist of:
communicating with venues for content to add to the website,
researching new contracts and opportunities to expand the venues portfolio for the account managers to sell,
helping with social media postings and blogs
The business, organises events throughout the year and there may be times when you could be asked to be part of live events, which could be outside normal working hours, so a level of flexibility is required.
Ideal candidates must:
Have attention to detail
Possess a professional and confidant telephone manner
Have great communication skills both written and verbal
Strong Customer service skills
Love being part of a team
Have excellent time manangement
Be competent in Word, Excel and Outlook
Understand all social media platforms and postings.
£22k prorated to approx £13.2k
24 hours a week
Ideally 6 hours a day over 4 days,
