Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to manage all customer enquiries, event bookings and exceptions, empathize with their customers in a friendly manner to support and understand the obstacles/exceptions that can occur within the journey of a customer and help to reduce/remove any impact to the customer.
You will need to correspond with customers and internal departments in a personalized, knowledgeable and helpful way.
You will need to listen to customers and understand how important a resolution is to ensure customer retention. You must remain customer focused always to provide the best service experience. You will need to capture all current issues and feedback to relevant departments.
Key skills required:
Ability to put the customer first
Proven previous experience in a customer service role (face to face or in a contact centre)
Good PC, IT & typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a team
Good attention to detail
Flexible to work shifts including every Sunday
