Job Description



To work as part of a very fast paced, fun team of 12 to deliver first rate service to their clients.

Our client is are a Lighting company committed to a next day business shipping to UK and internationally and they are one of the UK's leading providers of lighting solutions and business p[roducts.

You will have the ability to deal with High Volume's of inbound customer care enquiries together with a very high volume of email correspondence.

It is essential that you have experience of dealing with high call volumes and be confident drafting and tying emails very quickly.

You will manage a large volume of customer support requests recieved via email and telephone.
