Job Description

Our client is looking for a positive and friendly Sales Co-ordinator to join their vibrant and fast-growing organisation in Kempston.

The role will include: -

  • Using the internal computer system to generate customer paperwork accurately and efficiently

  • Answering incoming calls and customers and supplier emails

  • Providing outstanding customer service to customers

  • Supporting Sales Managers with queries and processing of purchase orders

Previous general office experience is essential with a good level of Microsoft packages, especially Outlook and Excel.

Successful candidates will have:-

  • Good administration skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good time management

  • Confident verbal and written communication skills

  • A friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapports with customers and colleagues

This role is a permanent position working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with a starting salary of £18,000.
