Our Internationally established client is seeking a customer service coordinator to complete the full sales process for small customers and big clients.
You will be supporting the European side of the business but will be supporting sales efforts as far as Russia, Spain and Italy.
There is good opportunity for progression over time including attending customer meetings, visiting London showrooms and the possibility of international travel.
This will involve:
Accurately processing all orders from start to finish
Daily use of internal systems to manage the order process
Ensure everything is on time so orders are shipped out when required
Being an addition to the sales reps and being the first point of contact
Gain knowledge of products offered
Build working relationships with key customer contacts
For this position you will need very good experience of using Microsoft packages and internal systems. Experience of working within a sales environment is essential.
You will need a Driving license due to the location.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
This position will be offered with a generous salary between £18,000 - £21,000 per annum.
