Our Client a proud proprietor of a leading Building Society, with branches in Flitwick, Cambridge, St Ives and St Neots, have some exciting part-time opportunities available.

They are looking for Customer Consultants who are real team players and will be passionate about delivering excellent service to their customers. If you like people and enjoy delivering a high-quality customer experience, you’ll enjoy working within their group of agencies.

 

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Consultant you will deliver an exceptional customer experience. Whether you’re welcoming their customers in branch or providing information on our products and services, you’ll always deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

 

The knowledge and skills you'll have

  • A proven track record in delivering a fantastic customer experience

  • Previous experience of working in a customer-facing environment

  • Experience of building strong relationships with your customers and fellow team members

  • The ability to work flexibly and provide cover at short-notice if required

  • Good administration and PC skills

  • Excellent team-working skills

  • Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal

  • The ability to work with limited supervision

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent

  • Financial Services industry knowledge (desirable, but not essential as training will be provided).

 

This position is Part time across 6 days a week, there are currently 2 positions available:

 

16 hours per week - working every Tuesday and then every Monday or Wednesday on a weekly rota basis, you will also be required to work Saturday mornings on a monthly rota basis - usually 2-3 per month

 

19 hours per week - working every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Morning)
