Our Client is seeking an experienced Administrator to work in a busy and varied office position. You must be a self motivated and proactive person who can work to tight deadlines. 

This will involve: 

  • General day to day calls, emails, filing & enquires 

  • Upload, laminate & issue drawings

  • Obtain quotes and any further information required 

  • collect all information relating to service bills 

  • Raise purchase orders and log invoices onto the system 

  • Assisting surveyors and site agents 

  • File subcontractor orders

  • Dealing with credit applications 

  • liaise with the council on all aspects of completed sites 

Working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM 

You will be offered a salary of £20,000 per annum
