Our client based in Flitwick are seeking a solid Administrator to join a busy Service Department.
Main duties will include:-
Answer and redirect all company/general telephone enquiries
Communicate with customers and engineers by phone and email
Arrange service appointments
Load warranty claims onto the system
Manage the company and engineer training records
Update and maintain in house databases
Assist with all aspects of running the service department
Accurately complete all company documentation and paperwork
Assist in annual stock take
The successful candidate will have experience of using general office computer systems and possess a good level of Microsoft packages- especially Excel and Word. You will need to be confident working with Service engineers, raising quotations and following up with customers.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
This role is on a Temp - Perm basis paying between £18,000- £22,000 depending on experience.
