Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and confident individual to join a friendly team in a varied Receptionist position on a temporary basis.

The role will include:-

  • Operating the main Reception area

  • Welcoming and greeting visitors and directing them appropriately

  • Sort and distribute post

  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries

  • Service meeting room bookings

  • Assist in hosting Network events/organising catering where necessary

  • Deal with bookings for conference and network rooms 

  • Completing invoices

Reception experience is essential.

Working hours are Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm

£8.75ph
