Our client is seeking an experienced and confident individual to join a friendly team in a varied Receptionist position on a temporary basis.
The role will include:-
Operating the main Reception area
Welcoming and greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Sort and distribute post
Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
Service meeting room bookings
Assist in hosting Network events/organising catering where necessary
Deal with bookings for conference and network rooms
Reception experience is essential.
Working hours are Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm
