Our Client based in Clophill is seeking an experienced and bubbly receptionist to work in a lovely area within a varied reception position. This is a customer focused role within a well established environment.
For this position customer facing experience is essential and any hospitality experience would be an advantage.
This role will involve:
Operating a reception area between 9am - 5pm
Welcoming visitors to the centre and notifying the company they are visiting
Collect, sort and distribute post
Be a first point of contact for all enquiries
Service meeting room bookings
Assist in hosting networking events
Host and serve at conference and meeting room bookings
Dealing with bookings for the conference and meeting rooms and work to increasing bookings
Building internal and external relationships from networking
Ordering stationary and consumable items when necessary
You must have your own transport due to the location.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 5PM
This position will come with an annual salary between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience
