Our Client based in Clophill is seeking an experienced and bubbly receptionist to work in a lovely area within a varied reception position. This is a customer focused role within a well established environment.

For this position customer facing experience is essential and any hospitality experience would be an advantage.

This role will involve:

  • Operating a reception area between 9am - 5pm

  • Welcoming visitors to the centre and notifying the company they are visiting

  • Collect, sort and distribute post

  • Be a first point of contact for all enquiries

  • Service meeting room bookings

  • Assist in hosting networking events

  • Host and serve at conference and meeting room bookings

  • Dealing with bookings for the conference and meeting rooms and work to increasing bookings

  • Building internal and external relationships from networking

  • Ordering stationary and consumable items when necessary

You must have your own transport due to the location.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 5PM

This position will come with an annual salary between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience
