Our professional client is seeking a PA to provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO starting ASAP to September 2020
The main duties will include :-
Carrying out a broad range of Administrative duties
Managing multiple diaries, accommodation and travel arrangements
Organise and arrange meetings; sending out invitations
Board meetings secretariat
Review Customer Service standards and compliance
Maintain Board Members records, including contracts, financial and performance records
Provide support to staff across the online system
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the following :-
Providing support to Directors.
Working with committees and ideally to Board level, with excellent minute taking and meeting administration skills.
Dealing with conflicting priorities and managing their workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Being positive, proactive and calm under pressure.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45pm- 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm
This position comes with a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience
