Our professional client is seeking a PA to provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO starting ASAP to September 2020

The main duties will include :-

  • Carrying out a broad range of Administrative duties

  • Managing multiple diaries, accommodation and travel arrangements

  • Organise and arrange meetings; sending out invitations

  • Board meetings secretariat

  • Review Customer Service standards and compliance

  • Maintain Board Members records, including contracts, financial and performance records

  • Provide support to staff across the online system

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the following :-

  • Providing support to Directors.

  • Working with committees and ideally to Board level, with excellent minute taking and meeting administration skills.

  • Dealing with conflicting priorities and managing their workload effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Being positive, proactive and calm under pressure.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45pm- 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm

This position comes with a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience
