Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Services Administrator to coordinate and control the processing of customer orders from receipt to delivery for an established company in Flitwick.

The main duties of this role will include:-

  • Handling, processing and confirming all customer orders received using internal systems

  • Raising of Customer Credits/invoices when required

  • Ensure that documentation relating to deliveries, invoices and dispatches are correctly filed and maintained

  • Scheduling loads and collections/deliveries

  • Reconciliation of stock control and financial systems

  • Liaising with the site warehouse to ensure that haulage timings and requirements are clearly communicated

The successful candidate will:-

  • Be able to communicate and work with all teams including management and warehouse

  • Have excellent customer service skills

  • Have a flexible approach to their duties

  • Good analytical and practical skills

  • A logical and methodical approach to their duties

Working hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 5:30pm paying £22,000- £24,000 pa depending on experience
