We are looking for a very experienced Administrator to join the Qualification Department of our established clients. You will be required to deal with complex admin and talking to people on the phone, therefore, excellent Customer Service skills are essential. The role is on a Temporary basis with the possibility of a Permanent position for the right candidate.
Highly organised with the ability to perform a wide variety of tasks meeting all deadlines
Able to demonstrate an understanding of customer service excellence in both written and verbal communication
Able to demonstrate a positive approach to customers and customer care
Ability to prioritise own workload
Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft packages
Manages time and competing deadlines effectively
Effective problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Works well as part of the team
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5pm and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
The role is paying £12.00ph whilst on Temporary Assignment
The process will involve a formal interview and role related test on the day.
