Apprenticeship Administrator

Job Description

Our professional client is seeking an Administrator, starting immediately to join a busy and friendly department to assist with the processing of new learner information for apprenticeship enrolment.

The successful candidate will:-

  • Have experience of Administrative processes

  • Possess excellent attention to detail

  • Be IT literate and confident on internal systems and Microsoft applications

  • Be a good Team Player

  • Have a high level of accuracy

  • Have a flexible outlook and good organisational skills

Main responsibilities :-

  • Sending routine correspondence to apprentices and employers

  • Tracking, checking and logging enrolment information, and chasing applicants for information where necessary

  • Inputting information onto Management Information Systems in line with the Data Protection Act and GDPR

  • Make up soft and hard copy apprentice and employer files

  • Identifying and informing the Apprenticeship Support Officer of any learners who might require support

  • Assist with the completion of contractual templates

  • Assist in compiling and distributing new starter information to Legal Assessor and Trainers

  • Scanning certificates and uploading to apprentice soft file and portfolio

  • Assist with printing requests and packing of materials for inductions and other teaching sessions

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45am- 5pmand Friday 9am- 4pm.

This is a Temporary position until the end of September paying £9.00ph
