Apprenticeship Administrator - 6 month FTC

Job Description

Our professional client is seeking an Administrator, starting immediately to join a busy and friendly department to assist with the processing of new learner information for apprenticeship enrolment.

The successful candidate will:-

  • Have experience of Administrative processes

  • Possess attention to detail

  • Be IT literate and confident on internal systems and Microsoft applications

  • Be a good Team Player

  • Have a flexible outlook and good organisational skills

Main responsibilities :-

  • Sending routine correspondence to apprentices and employers

  • Tracking, checking and logging enrolment information

  • Inputting information

  • Identifying and informing the Apprenticeship Support Officer of any learners who might require support

  • Compiling and distributing new starter information

  • Scanning certificates

  • Assist with printing requests and packing of materials for inductions and other teaching sessions

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45am- 5pmand Friday 9am- 4pm.

This is a Temporary position paying £9.00ph
