Our Friendly client based in Clophill is seeking a Payments administrator to be responsible for aspects of the direct debit, direct credit and card payment services by setting up clients and dealing with there accounts.

For this position you will need your own transport due to the location.

This will involve:

  • Assisting with enquiries from clients relating to products

  • Carry out the new set up process by sending our the relevant documents

  • Sending manuals and information to clients

  • liaising directly with customers to sort out any issues

  • Processing files on a daily basis

  • Setting up and maintaining administration pages

You will need a really good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent customer service.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5.30PM which on occasions can be 8AM - 4.30PM.

This position will be offered on a Temporary - Permanent basis and come with a generous salary between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
