Finance Administrator

Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their small friendly team in Flitwick. 

Duties will include:

  • Process supplier invoices  and allocate payments.

  • Code and process all credit cards on a monthly basis.

  • Maintaining and inputting information on various spreadsheets for reporting purposes.

  • Process returns and credits for shortages and stock items. 

  • Setting up customer accounts & carrying out credit checks.

  • Responsible for processing all customer receipts and liaising with customers to resolve any invoice queries.

  • Produce weekly reports to the Financial Controller. 

  •  Carrying out all filing and archiving.  


Salary: £20,250 per annum

Hours: 9am - 5pm with half an hour lunch

Start & finish time can be slightly flexible for the right candidate.
