Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their small friendly team in Flitwick.
Duties will include:
Process supplier invoices and allocate payments.
Code and process all credit cards on a monthly basis.
Maintaining and inputting information on various spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
Process returns and credits for shortages and stock items.
Setting up customer accounts & carrying out credit checks.
Responsible for processing all customer receipts and liaising with customers to resolve any invoice queries.
Produce weekly reports to the Financial Controller.
Carrying out all filing and archiving.
Salary: £20,250 per annum
Hours: 9am - 5pm with half an hour lunch
Start & finish time can be slightly flexible for the right candidate.
