Our client, a leading Motorway Services business are looking for a Department Manager to join one of their food and beverage units.
You will take overall responsibility for delivering exceptional customer Service and budgeted profit for the unit, driving sales, operational standards and ensuring brand compliance by developing your team
Previous line management experience
Worked within a fast paced, customer facing environment
Training and coaching a team
Understanding of Key Performance indicators
Worked in a branded catering or retail environment at a management level
Previous experience of managing performance and following set procedures
Enthusiasm to deliver outstanding customer service
Ability to lead a team through motivation and engagement
Communicate confidently to all
Flexible approach to working hours and environment
Honest and open
