Our Client is seeking an experienced Administrator to work in a busy and varied office position. You must be a self motivated and proactive person who can work to tight deadlines.
This will involve:
General day to day calls, emails, filing & enquires
Upload, laminate & issue drawings
Obtain quotes and any further information required
collect all information relating to service bills
Raise purchase orders and log invoices onto the system
Assisting surveyors and site agents
File subcontractor orders
Dealing with credit applications
liaise with the council on all aspects of completed sites
Working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
You will be offered a salary of £20,000 per annum
