Our Client is seeking an experienced Receptionist/accounts administrator to join a very friendly team and work in a stunning environment.
You will be self motivated and have great customer service skills, any sales and hospitality background would be an advantage.
This will involve:
Operating a reception area between 9AM - 5PM
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the right place
Sort and distribute post
Being a first point of contact for all enquiries
Producing client bills for various different things
Running a sales ledger
Manage aged debt
Managing the purchase ledger
Assist with producing reports for management
For this position you must have your own transport due to the location.
This is a temporary position with a chance it may go permanent.
Working hours are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.30AM - 5PM
This will come with a generous hourly rate of £8.71 per hour
