Have Purchase Ledger Experience and looking for an Opportunity to join a lovely team?
Our Well established client in Flitwick now has an exciting opening within their purchase ledger team. They are seeking someone computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel to carry out all purchase ledger duties.
This will involve:
Maintaining Purchase order files
Matching orders against delivery notes and resolving any problems to do with this
Assist with processing a high number of invoices
Processing of contractors and sub-contractors
Copying, Filing and general office administration duties
Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
Carrying out reconciliations
assisting other members of the team where necessary
Any other Ad-hoc duties
Working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8.00AM - 5.00PM with half an hour for lunch.
This position will come with a generous salary of £20,000 per annum.
