We are seeking an experienced Customer advisor for our lovely Client in Bedford, they are a very busy professional organisation who strive to be the best and most renowned in what they do.

They have a great opportunity for someone to join the team on a temporary basis which they would look to make permanent.

This Busy and fast paced role will involve:

  • Delivering a high level of customer service in both written and verbal communication

  • Sort and distribute emails to the relevant people in good time 

  • Answer all general enquiry emails and forward on any more specialised emails

  • Process orders including student registrations then follow up by dealing with payments and registration 

  • Carry out sales orders of Education materials 

  • Answer all incoming calls as quickly as possible 

  • Assist with any other general duties which may occur 

  • File invoices and other documents ready for despatch

For this position you must have an A - C in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent and the relevant customer service experience.

Working hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 5.00pm & Friday 9am - 4pm

This role will come with a generous hourly rate of £9.67 per hour which will be matched or beaten once the position goes permanent.
