Our Client in Woburn has a vacancy for an experienced Administrator with Intermediate Excel skills to work in the Business Development Department.

Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday - £18,500pa

If you have worked in Car Rentals this would be an advantage but not essential

Skills:

Excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail, Confident telephone manner and gather information at all levels, Microsoft office excel to intermediate level, ability to priortise while working tight deadlines in a busy office and ability to communicate and gather information at all levels.

Must be able to drive and on the occasion you may need to go to one of the offices.

Role:

Manage and maintain local database, Generate and issue reporting requests analysis of trends and business will be required. Responsible for all data entry and updates, maintain information stored on the bespoke system.

Reconcile and manage reservation partner queries. Work with the franchise network, supply reservation partners with new location details, including updates,and processing changes
